I need a kind of buddy who can help me on my weight lost journey! I'd like to lose about 3 stone by the end of the year. I need someone who can just talk about things with me and motivate me to go to the gym. I think it would just be easier if someone was there to do it with me!

Also, I have a gym programme made by a personal trainer and it is all weight based which I am scared to do in the gym on my own incase I'm not doing it correctly and people laugh at me! Any tips??

Hello there, I could have written your post, am aiming for 3 stone loss too, joined gym 2 months ago and still haven’t been! I am now desperate to make changes as I hate feeling and looking the way I do, I am embarrassed and avoid socialising because I feel I have let myself go so badly

@user764329056 hello hun!! I completely agree. I'm really disappointed in myself that I've let myself get to this point. I hate taking pictures of myself now and hate looking in a mirror. I'm in denial that I need to buy bigger clothes- I just think it's ok I'll lose it soon yet I never has. I always say I'll start tomorrow and I just never do. I really need motivation and feel like I could be motivated by someone else who's on the same journey.

Hello sweetheart, let’s try to keep each other going, we sound very similar, I am now finding Size 18 clothes feeling tight and can’t believe I have allowed this to happen, I used to be toned and fit, I have become someone I don’t recognise, I am going to make tomorrow a better day where food is concerned, will check in again soon, sending lots of strength xxx
