Hi. Hoping to get some input on my works party meal tomorrow!

The hotel can't help me with calorie content so I'd appreciate some estimates and I'll take an average.

I've chosen prawn lettuce cups......I'm thinking 180 cals?

Feather blade beef, potatoes and vegetables. .....550?

Raspberry and white chocolate tart/torte......300?

Thankyou in advance.

As you say it's to help a girl, council you confirm whether your DD will be having child or adult portions?

Also, depending on her age, is it wise she is calorie counting? Or is she under a paediatric dietician? How important are discrepancies? Because it's really unlikely you'll be able to make anything other than a wild guess.

Will you also be present and see how big her portion sizes are?

Unless uts super small portions I think you are underestimating. Especially if there is mayo on the prawns.
