I never have considered myself to be fat but the last few years I have put it on and it sometimes annoys me and other times I'm like so what this is me accept it but was at docs recently and my BP is slightly high now they don't know if it's the combined pill (which they have took me off due to start mini pill tomorrow) or my weight

She weighed me and I was around 11st and you can tell I've put it on ie stomach hips etc so with the new tablet change she wants me to lose some weight but no idea where to start

I work evenings so I'm out from 4pm and not in till 9pm so I don't really have a dinner or if I do its when I get home and it's usually something like a takeaway
I'm willing to try new foods and do like a majority of fruit and some veg

I do walk a lot only time I get the bus is too and from work or if I have heavy bags but still a wee walk from bus stop to flat plus I'm 2nd floor I have set my app on phone to track my steps and I can but 10000 most days ie Mon to Fri I work as a cleaner so pretty much on my feet running about

Any tips on getting rid of this weight and eating better

I've started at weight watchers on line and so far have lost 11lb in 3 weeks! I've previously just tried cutting down to no avail. This is really working for me

Yep. I was in the same situation.

About 35% body fat down to 18% and it was easy. And have kept it off.

If you believe it’s about calories then you have it wrong.

Happy to help.

Can you eat while you are at work? I would suggest making yourself something to eat at work and taking it with you. It's not a good idea to eat kate and then sleep on it. Also takeaways are so yummy and easy but they are so bad for you and expensive. If you like having a hot meal have this at lunch time and then make yourself a sandwich/a wrap/ a salad to take to work.

I lost two stone a few years ago and went down for a size 14 to a 10. This was just avoiding takeaways, eating healthy meals and getting in a bit of exercise. Keep a diary of what you eat. You may find you are less likely to eat something if you have to write it down.
