I seem to be eating more and larger portions yes struggling to break the 1000 calories a day mark. I've changed the way I eat. Loads more veg. Carb portions the size of my palm or fist.
So I'm feeling full not feeling tired. But not getting more than 800/900 cals a day.
Am I doing this wrong?
