I'm awaiting Minutes of a Panel Meeting during our complaints procedure and an updated bullying report. Both of which I've requested from the Chair of Governors and as of yet they have not sent them to me. It's been quite a while now.
It's our right to have copies but they don't seem keen to send them.
How long should I leave it before taking it further if they don't comply?

How long has it been so far? It might be an idea to send a polite but to the point chase highlighting their duties and mention that their cooperation would be appreciated and you hope you won't have to use legal intervention.
