(7 Posts)

Does anyone know if it is quite safe to have aromatherapy massage if breastfeeding (obviously not at the same time ). If so, are there any particular oils which should not be used?
TIA

Aromatherapy is generally considered safe during breastfeeding and for baby, however also please discuss the matter with your individual provider. ...

Thanks mandy. We are going to a spa hotel in a couple of weeks and dh wants to book me a massage but I wasn't sure if it would be safe. Anyone else know anything about this?

The therapist will know which ones to avoid, don't worry
