12 week old not feeding is he unwell?

last night had really bad night with ds, wouldnt settle until 2.30 (usually goes down between7&8) slept til 4 that was it. put it down to me trying to put him in to a cot as he's out grown his moses basket. anyway he didnt feed well at all through the night crying at the breast, this morning out of desperation i gave him a bottle of which he took 2oz (i was desperate for him to get something!)he has screamed blue murder until eventually (on mums advice) gave him 1ml of calpol at 12.30. this was also when he had his last feed, once he'd calmed down and was sleepy i whipped his dummy out and gave him the boob. he's not fed since, it might not sound that unusual but since he was born he has fed every 1 1/2 hours day and night. he has been asleep since 12.30, apart from a quick cry at 3 when i tried to offer him the boob and he screamed and went to sleep again.
what should i do?? anything/nothing?? i dont want him to starve!
