I am breast feeding my 3 week old and after each feed she cries and cries and cries, kicking her legs all the while. So far I've tried cranial massage and Colief. Any advice on other strategies/potions that might work?

Have you tried carrying her in an upright position in a sling after feeds? The closeness and snuggliness and uprightness often helps with inconsolable wailing.

Try drinking fennel tea - it can have a soothign effect. Keep her upright in a sling or a baby seat and avoid changgin her for at elast half and hour to allow the feed to settle. Might also be worth having the latch and position checked in case she is taking in air.

How long are you feeding her for? Could she still be hungry?
