I was wanting to drop the afternoon feed soon anyway but it's still sad Soon he wont need me at all! at least I will be able to wear dresses this summer though.

It's so sad when they leave each stage isn't it? I get all weepy as I put away ds's clothes that no longer fit. But whatever stage he's at, I never want him to go back to the way he was when he was smaller. Strange how they get to you all the time. What age is your ds?

he was 1 on wednesday, I think it's just hit me that a whole year has passed since I had him and he's changed sooooooooooooo much.

I get all tearful over tiny clothes too! I have boxes of them to sort out for sale and for oxfam but I need a few free days to just sit and be weepy!

I know what you mean. Ds is 14 months and in that time he's grown from a tiny 6lb10oz squidgy thing, to a walking, talking, smiley, cuddley little boy with the most amazing temper.

I think I'm going to have to buy myself some new summer dresses to cheer myself up! And I can start wearing non-nursing bras during the day, yay!

It is sad but rest assured he'll be needing his mum for years to come! In a different way of course but he'll still need you. You've got lots to look forward to...
