Hi all
DS loosely follows the GF routines. I am a bit confused about the 2.30pm feed and when this should be reduced/dropped. I ask because for the last couple of weeks DS has been cutting back on his 6.30pm feed from 8oz to 3/4oz some nights. In her book she says to reduce or even cut out this feed if they are getting 20oz from milk/yoghurt/food and a balanced diet (DS eats EVERYTHING!! )
I am breastfeeding at 7am and 2.30pm and FF at 6.30pm so I don't actually know how much he is having at 2.30 (he currently has both breasts).
I am interested as to when/how other GF-ers reduced/cut out this feed. And do you replace it with a snack at some point?
Thanks
PS - I don't mean to be rude but could anti-GF people refrain from posting any unhelpful comments, I know its not everyone's cup of tea.
