They'll BF their baby annabel too if they see mummy/other people they are close to BF.

Kind of agree with the last comment about directing play too much. Let thenm play with their toys as they see fit.

Personally I hate dolls no matter how they feed but that's by the by...

No formula is not poison if it was my daughter would not be here. you dont need a bf doll if child watches their mum bf they will bf any doll.

ah but baby annabel will only suck on her bottle and then burp. am hoping baby gloton burps after being pretend breastfed.

Maybe baby gloton has terrible trouble passing wind after being BF and will scream and scream for hours.

That will put the little tykes darlings off motherhood for a while

my thinking is that you can always throw away baby annabels bottle in the bin, or it might have expressed breastmilk in you never know lol

my girls love dolls (9,4 and 2)

we only have one baby annabell in the house that dd1 got when she was 4

but we have lots of other various non noise making dolls and ones that cry or giggle when tummy pressed

we have been givern them or bought them from supermarkets

we have lost the bottle for baby annabell but there are a couple hanging around

they usually say the blttle has juice in and they bf the babies

I dont think we actually need a bf-ing doll

I think we need a bf-ing doll for good roles models. Although i am a good BFG role model to my daughters, but I had worryly observed that my DD1 is getting too expert and comfortable feeding Annabel by bottle, she's see all her friends' mothers do that and I am the only one that doesn't.

If you are saying that we don't need a bf doll, then equally we don't need a bottle fed doll.

Kids should be using their own imagination to pretend IMO.

I bet this is super expensive too....

I quite like annabel though, cos the doll turns her head to one side almost like wanting to BF! And the toy bottle that comes with it isn't exactly a traditional looking bottle you put water in it and it shows the water. Some toy doll's bottles have a white substance in them, pretending to be formula I assume.
