Could upset stomach be linked to weaning 2 1/2 yr old?

I wasn't feeling well recently so told my toddler Mummy wasn't well and she happily went from regular breastfeeding to never, as of 10 days ago.

I do feel less drained already but meanwhile my daughter's had diarrhea every day for over a week. She isn't upset and surprisingly hasn't cried about not breastfeeding so I'm otherwise really pleased.

Does anyone know if this could be related as has anyone had a similar experience? Perhaps she's just picked up a bug but I have a suspicion her digestive system quite sensitive (she's always been a fussy eater) so wonder whether the change is causing slight upset?
