Want to breastfeed but need some help? Mumsnet's Breastfeeding pages are crammed with honest advice.
My GP prescribed it for me, but the warnings on the info sheet list breastfeeding as a possible contrindication. Has anyone used it ?
My DD (5 months) has been prescribed it for a slight skin infection in a patch of eczema so would assume fine, unless your actually applying to nips?
i was told "yes it;s safe" by one GP and "I wouldn't" by another GPSorry if that's not much help.FWIW I did end up using it when breastfeeding, but by then DD was well over a year old
I'm sure it's just fine - I would definitely not hesitate to use it. Virtually every medicine says that - arse-covering.
Yes, definitely fine unless you are applying it to the nipples!!
