Breast feeding in the fast lane...

Just for fun I thought someone might like to hear my ridiculous story from Friday...
Heading down to my mum's on Friday pm. Stopped to change the Elk and thought - well, she doesn't seem too hungry, it's only 40 minutes to mum's, I'll feed her when I get there...
Got back on the motorway....Elk started crying for food...and we ran smack into a massive traffic jam. Traffic reports said we weren't going anywhere fast and everyone was getting out of their cars...
So I thought - well I've CLEARLY got time to give her a few mouthfuls of boob. Sat in the backseat, boob out and her guzzling away. Looked over the car door...and...cars were beginning to move in the distance...
Got up...started putting Elk back in her seat - looked up and cars were beginning to move...quite fast....near me still parked in the fast lane!
Yikes I thought, better get going. Chucked Elk in her seat, seat in car... went to start car and then...
WHERE WERE MY CAR KEYS...
ran back to the Elk to check her seat and realised...said keys were tucked in my pants....
and...
my boob was still out...
Car behind were most understanding but I did look a bit stupid.
The things we do....
x

I've often wondered what I'd do if I hit bad traffic and ds was screaming for a feed. I shall follow your example.

LOL.
You should have just leant over the car seat for added ease.
I've done the boob dangle a couple of times with DS2.
