Is Oxypowder (constipation remedy) safe during breastfeeding?

I've noticed a few postings that mention this stuff, called oxypowder, and apparently it's brilliant for cleaning you out. I could use a little cleaning out, but I am still bf 15m.o. DS. Anyone know if it's safe to use whilst bf?

You should speak to the pharmacist.

I was having poo problems and asked if I could take stuff and she said no, it would effect DD. She said I needed more fibre.

Hope it helps. Eat some prunes
