Preparing for date with DH!!! Excited but nervous! Just wondering - how long does it take to fully defrost breast milk in the fridge?

Btw I mean I'm nervous about leaving baby - not going out with DH!

6h maybe? depends how it's frozen (big bottle containing 6oz will take longer than a bag of 3oz)

we always warm straight from frozen - much easier
