Hello - does anybody know how long I can keep expressed milk in the fridge for please? Thanks

8 days but taste it - my milk seems to have high lipase (info here) that means it goes off much quicker than that.

thats great, thanks very much, it also says the following on that site:-

If baby does not finish milk at one feeding, it may be refrigerated and offered at the next feeding before it is discarded.

Does that apply if the milk has been warmed after refrigeration?

I think so - the rules are different with EBM than with formula because it has innate antibacterial properties.

Says here that reheating it can get rid of some of the goodness, but it can be reheated
