Growth Charts

TikTok; Finally got around to reading recommended PDF regarding growth charts and can find no reference to how the "normal healthy children" that the data is based upon were fed, which must have some bearing on the weight gain, otherwise having separate charts for breast fed babies would be unnecessary. Can you direct me anywhere else for clarification? Thanks! x
