Two sore dark raised 'pores' in areola on one side - I gave up BFing a week ago

I was washing in the shower this morning and felt sore and saw these two dark raised 'pores' or ??hair follicles next to the nipple on the areola on my right side. Almost mole like but not. I was also leaking milk in the shower but not from these two areas (I tried to see if any would come out too). I gave up BFing a week ago (DD is 1) and went from 2 feeds to none over about 10 days. Has anyone else had this??

I gave up breastfeeding about a month ago.
I didn't get the dark pores you describe, but I can imagine what you mean.
However, I did get quite sore for a few days. I found my breasts became quite engorged and hard.
I found that expressing a couple of times to empty both breasts, a few days apart really helped. I also massaged them quite a bit to relieve the hardness.
After just over a week they returned to their original size and softness.

It is possible that you have blocked milk ducts which can result in quite a nasty condition including a fever etc.
If you're worried, it might be worth discussing it with your HV or GP.
