Thrush

I'm posting this here as I've not had a response about this in the health section.

dd has been diagnosed with thrush in the mouth and on her bottom. We've been given daktarin gel and daktacort respectively, her mouth now looks fine, slightly white but less so than before. Her bottom still looks quite bumpy and sore and doesn't seem to be getting better after 7 days of treatment. Does anyone know when it's suppose to clear up?
