Wind from 'let down' milk

I doubt it. Babies can get reflux symptoms or extra wind from a fast let down but that's if they're feeding directly and it'd because of the speed of the milk rather than the milk itself.

I read somewhere on the internet that using collected 'let down' milk added to your expressed milk from pumping can make your baby more windy? Has anyone else noticed this?

I'd started to use a 'let down' collector which enabled me to collected about 20ml more milk per pumping session. My baby then started getting a lot more wind. Although we had recently introduced formula too which could have been the cause of the gas. He is also tongue tied so this could also have been the problem!

I have also changed his bottle teats to 'extra slow, size 0' (MAM bottles) Baby is 2 and a half weeks old.

Just trying to find out if the 'let down' milk could have had some reason for the wind too.

Thanks for your help.
