Just trying to increase supply as I feel as though it's decreased literally overnight and for the last two days now. Baby is 2 days off 8 months.
If pumping after feeds for ten minutes- is it still beneficial just for stimulation? As no milk is coming out/being removed?

Yes it is. Check out the Kelly mom website and la leche league website. There are articles on everything to do with breastfeeding.
