Blocked duct - exclusively expressing

I have a recurring blocked duct on the right side, top of my breast towards my arm. happens about once a week, sometimes worse than others, any tips for avoiding a blocked duct?
I do eventually manage to get it unblocked each time, sometimes the same day but other times it takes a couple of days to get it back to normal. So far have managed to avoid mastitis thankfully
