"If you have twins you must not express or you won't have enough".

True or not?

My sister breastfed her twins for a year. Once breastfeeding was well established, she began to express so that she could feed one twin from a bottle while she was out, while breastfeeding the other. She never fancied getting both norks out in public at the same time .

Thank you, I thought so. I have printed the thread and the Kellymom advice and stuck it to my friend's door, she is the twins grandmother, a nurse and should have known better, so should I but when it gets spouted with such conviction you all begin to doubt.
