Hi all, First mumsnet post so please bear with me! . We brought an electric steriliser from mother care in may ready for our arrival in June. We have been using the steriliser since 24th June and descale it every 1.5 weeks. However even when doing this it is no longer taking all the water and it has become burnt. I have contacted Tommee Tippee who have (after interrogating me and blaming me) agreed to replace the product however want me to do the 'cut the cord' process.
I'm presuming this means I cannot use the steriliser at all, I know that there are other ways to sterilise but I'm lazy and this is convenient . Can anyone advise exactly what the process is and if there is anyway I could argue my point?
Thanks
