Hi all,

I am a second year student (FdA Children and Young People's Workforce) and my current research project is on the support received by mothers regarding breastfeeding in the first six months of their child's life.

I would be grateful for any responses to my questionnaire, whether you chose to breastfeed or not.

Thank you in advance :)

Done. Your question How soon after giving birth did you return to work? Didn't give any options longer than less than 12 months which I found confusing. I had about 13 months off

Another one that would need changed is how long did you ebf for. There is no option, for tried but couldn't.

You probably need to know exactly how old the child is now, so you can see if things are getting better or worse. Also age of mother at the time and whether this child is firstborn, second or fifth will also make a difference.
While your study is on ebf you would also find it useful to know how long mother continued to breastfeed overall.

Submitted.
PS. Agree with #WeaselsRising comments.

WeaselsRising - I requested the age group of the child now in relation to when the World Health Organisation targets were put in place so that I could see if there was a difference in satisfaction of support since the targets were put in place.

The age of the mother, how many children the mother had prior, how long the mother breastfed overall etc would all be great information to have but unfortunately the word count for my report on this study is not big enough to include and interpret that amount of information, and so I am focusing on the themes only that are included in the questionnaire. All of these comments however will be included in the 'limitations' and 'recommendations' sections of the report, and will be considered for future research so thank you :)

Thank you for all the responses so far, they are brilliant!
