Baby sick after breastfeeding but not bottle

DS is 4 months and exclusively breastfed. He is and always has been a very sicky baby. Several changes of clothes per day etc.
I went away for a night at the weekend and he had EBM in a bottle. DH noticed that he was hardly sick at all. Could it be breastfeeding itself that’s making him sick? I suspect I have a fast flow. Could that be causing it? Gulping it down too fast?

Is he having too much from you? Maybe he is using you for comfort aswell as food and because of this is taking more milk than he can handle. We had this problem with our DS when he was about 4weeks. We ended up in hospital as he was being sick so much and the doctor said to only feed him every three hours. As long as he was having a good feed (20 mins) he would be okay. Use a dummy if he needs comforting between this and cuddles with Dad so he doesn’t smell milk 😂

I didn’t like it at first but it’s worked wonders for us!
