We've spent weeks researching and testing breast pumps and bottles in real homes with real families. Read our baby feeding bottle and breast pump reviews to find out which ones were awarded Mumsnet Best.

(3 Posts)I don't understand why my 10 week old feeds so perfectly during the night one continuous latch, whereas feeds during the day are currently on and off the breast not seeming to get a full feed. I suffer from forceful let down and this can choke her but she's managed it fine tonight..... Confused
Maybe the world is just too interesting during the day? I think mine went through similar about then, it was a fun new experience. I think a few other folk I know had similar issues around then.
I've never had an issue with forceful let down but I understand there is advice about expressing a wee bit into a muslin after initial let down.
I think their eyesight improves around this point. She may be busy looking around.
