How many ounces is that?
I wouldn't worry too much if he is eating yoghurt and cheese.

About 15 a day, to be honest he's even gone off his yogurt, always has cheese on his plate, and he wakes early!

500-600mls is the advised amount I believe. So if you manage the 400ml milk . 1 yoghut 125ml maybe a 5og of cheese and then your covered. Try a cheese sauce - milk / cheese. Leave weetabix to soak longer so it absorbs more milk. Fruit and milk smoothie.
Good luck

How are his nappies? Have you noticed any change in the amount/colour etc of his wee or poo? Is he active & well in himself otherwise?

thanku rosa thats a great way of looking at it an i'd not thought of smoothies, we had a lot of runny nappies and on average he did 6 poos a day they're a lot more solid now but just a many but i put that down to eating so much fruit and veg. He's very happy on the whole and very active but he is getting his second tooth now maybe this is part of the problem, my 1st was so good with his milk and food this is all new to me!

teeth you have said the magic word...My dd just goes off food but she chews on the teats of bottles ..and most other things. she gets a redbum and the odd runny nappy. Teething .. seems to affect children in a multitude of ways. Also I find when it gets warmer ( not much of that in the Uk at the mo) she goes off milk but drinks more water !!! Hope it gets better !
