We've spent weeks researching and testing breast pumps and bottles in real homes with real families. Read our baby feeding bottle and breast pump reviews to find out which ones were awarded Mumsnet Best.

(6 Posts)Hi,
My LO is nearly 8 months old. She gets up at 7am and goes to bed at 7pm. She feeds 5 to 6 times a day.
I'm going out next weekend with my OH (babies daddy) while her grandparents babysit for the day. We're going to London and shopping and having lunch.
I have no friends or family I can visit to use to express. So what else can I do while I'm out? I don't want to screw up my supply or be sore all day.
Thanks
Can you hand express during bathroom breaks?
If you have a hand breast pump you can use it in a changing room?
Don't think your supply will get screwed for one day off at this stage. If I was you I'd just express when feeling uncomfy.
Hope you have a lovely day!
Can you go to somewhere like John Lewis breastfeeding room? (Not glam I know but if there is one nearby eg Oxford Street, kings road etc). Think some m & s have them too (separate to the toilets). Hope you have a great day.
John Lewis on Oxford Street used to have a very nice room for breastfeeding. Don’t know if it’s still there?
