(3 Posts)DD 15 months has started bf like a newborn again. In particular at night at least every two hours Has anyone else had a similar experience? If so did your DC go back to normal eventually?
The HV said it's probably due to a growth spurt and teething. She has also just started walking.
If she’s just started walking, she may need extra calories, can you fitcanymore feeds in the day? It could just be a developmental leap too and if so, it should all calm down pretty soon.
The only other thing I can think of that might help is making sure she gets plenty of protein during the day.
Thank you @JiltedJohnsJulie. Yes have been trying to up her calorie intake. She definitely isn't a greedy baby she does normally eat three meals a day and at the minute one snack. Trying to up this to two snacks. Will focus on her protein making sure she is having enough.
