Looking for boob after bottle

My LG is almost 5 weeks. For the last week DH has been giving her a bottle.of expressed milk. She'll take about an ounce then refuse more. But shortly after she'll start crying until she gets boob and she'll take plenty again then and will boob to sleep.
Any clues why she's doing it? The main aim.of her taking the bottle is so we aren't as tied to each other, but it kind of negates that if I still have to feed her 5 minutes after her bottle.

Bfing is about so much more than feeding, she will get comfort from being with you and feel secure and relaxed. That’s not to say that you shouldn’t keep trying with the bottle. If DH is around this weekend, coukd he try her with the bottle and then change her nappy and take her out for a walk so that you can have a couple of hours to do what you want?
