Going back to work

Just looking for some advice re ebf baby and my return to work - I’ll be going back in a couple of months time so want to start thinking about it soon so that it isn’t a shock for my lovely boy. He’s nearly 3 months old and is a bit of a milk monster in that he’d quite happily feed all day everyday. I express lots of milk for the odd occasion when my mum takes him out for a while or his dad has him so I can have a break and he’ll take a bottle from them (with a bit of a battle first!) but he will absolutely not take a bottle if I’m in the house so it’s hard to make it a regular thing. Any tips on what we can do to start the transition? I’ll still be expressing and would like to still be feeding him in the morning/evening and nighttime myself but I want to be confident that he’ll feed during the day!!

Not sure what to suggest if he’s bottle refusing from you. Are you spoken to a BFC on one of the Bfing Helplines?

@everyonetalkaboutpopmusic thanks for your reply - he’ll take a bottle from someone else if I’m not there but it’s kind of like he knows there is a better offer if I’m in the room and he’ll hold out for that instead! I don’t know if it’s just a matter of persevering really?
