How much expressed breastmilk 5mo?

My DD will be starting nursery shortly at 5mo. She'll be there 3 full days a week, from 8:30 til probably 5:30pm. I will be pumping at work and already have a stash of about 2,200ml which I estimate is about 18 feeds. I'm trying to add to the stash at least 120ml (1 feed) a day while on maternity leave - I have exactly 4 weeks left.

When I had my last daughter, I always remember pumping at work feeling like I wasn't producing enough, and together with my stash, I just managed to keep up with her needs. I can't remember how much I pumped per day at work then, but I feel like it may have only been 250ml? So I assume it will be the same this time.

How much milk do you think DD will get through in 9 hours, if I bf her right before nursery drop-off? Will my stash plus 250ml per day be enough? I want to ebf her til 1yo.

I think they take around 30 Milan hour. Don’t get too stressed though as by 9 months mine weren’t having ebm at all while I was at work but then I only worked part time.

Have you run your plans past a BFC on one of the Bfing Helplines?
