9 month old refusing bedtime bottle

Breast fed apart from bedtime bottle of formula . Used to take 6 to 7oz without fail.

He's eating well and has dinner 5.30 ish so not much time until he's ready for sleep, and obviously eating so well that he's not hungry.

He normally stirs for a bit of a bf around 10/11 so wondering whether I should feed him less solids at dinner or move the bottle to 10pm?

Making a bottle at 10pm seems a backwards step some how

I should add the last few nights he's refused it altogether.
