My 9mo son seems to only ever eat breakfast (porridge for example) and lunch (pasta and veg for example) after a nap. When we try before a nap he refuses. Because he doesnt usually nap after 3pm when it comes 4.30-5pm when he ideally take a third meal, he refuses. He will only accept something sweet or a small snack. Any advice?
