We've spent weeks researching and testing breast pumps and bottles in real homes with real families. Read our baby feeding bottle and breast pump reviews to find out which ones were awarded Mumsnet Best.

So do I need to express the breast that's not fed from?...
My baby is 11 weeks and breastfed and given bottled expressed milk.
When I breastfeed he usually has 20-30 mins of one breast and is satisfied so I then express the other side. Do I actually need to do this?
I worry if I don't my supply will be affected! I do also alternate which side he starts on, occasionally he will have both or at least a few mins on the other side.
Any advice would be great 😊
