No increase in milk intake

My 11 week old has not increased the total volume of milk at all since we swapped completely to formula (was a gradual move after 4 weeks) she takes a total of approx 700ml in 24 hours. She feeds 7 times in 24 hours and some feeds takes as little as 2 ounces (60ml) is this enough?

I'm not sure at the moment as weighing clinic is on Thursday (it's only on fortnightly and I missed the last one)

She was a big baby though 4kg at birth (8lbs 14oz)

Just wondering as it's roughly 2.5 floz (74 ml) per weight. So if she weighed roughly, 9lb 5oz, the intake would be fine

Some babies prefer to take little and often, especially if they are used to being breasfed. If your baby is happy and not dropping weight then it shouldn't be an issue. My little boy rarely took more than a few ounces til he was about 9 months old.

That sounds ok to me. My baby (4mo) has only recently started taking fewer feeds in bigger bottles. I think he takes about 1L a day now, so it sounds like your wee one is eating plenty.

That's good to hear. although today she has managed 4 and 5 oz feeds so might be going through a growth spurt.

I've posted a very similar post just now! My LB was 8lb9oz at birth, he got weighed last week at exactly 12 weeks old and was only 12lb14oz so has dropped slightly below the 50th centile (only slightly)... He only takes between 5-6 bottles a day and vary between 4-6oz! I'm worried as was told he should be on 30oz a day... My LB tends to stay at 25oz roughly a day... Could anyone tell me if this sounds ok? Sorry for hijacking your post OP xx
