My boobs leak terrible, I'm bottle feeding and really need to dry my milk up fast, midwife says it normally takes 2-3 days to dry up on its own, It's been over a week now already and I am always wet, currently wearing Lillypadz, disposable breast pads and kitchen roll, after 10 mins with all this my clothes are wet again! tried cabbage leafs, boobs tend to leak more with these, tried cold towels etc any help greatly appreciated!!!

Sage Drys the milk up naturally... you can buy a potent sage mixture from here or eat fresh sage leaves...

Sage has one of the longest histories of use as a medicinal herb. It has been employed to treat cancers and excessive perspiration and to dry up milk when a woman is no longer going to breast-feed. Based on this anti-perspiration and drying effect, sage is also used for women who are sweating due to menopausal hot flushes.
