Infant feeding

Bleb

I think I had a bleb and feeding was so painful on that side so I tried all the usual ways and nothing shifted it. Finally removed it with a sterile needle. When I got it out it was a really hard yellow lump like a bead...I couldn't squash it and it wasn't like thick milk. Wtf was it? Feeding is still a bit painful on that side but have got myself worried as all bf websites say when you burst it it is like thick cream ! Eek

Sound like a bleb to me. I think the milk kind of hardens into that little hard lump you describe. When I managed to do similar, the milk behind was normal not thickened or odd, just a lot of it coming out rather rapidly!
