Pooing with every fart

DS is 4.5 months and this week has gone from one poop per day to pooping with every fart- 8/9 poops per day.

Poops are small in size but standard in colour, consistency and smell.

EBF, not yet weaning. No idea what is going on. DS is totally normal otherwise. Possibly fewer wrestling, but that might be because I'm changing him more.

Sounds normal to be me, has he been feeding more lately? It could well be his teeth revving up to think about coming through.
