Whether it's your first time or you’ve done it all before, no one can predict what breastfeeding will be like.
I dropped my 26mo DD's bfs down to once a day, in the mornings only; it's been about 7-8 weeks of this. She's been night-weaned since 15mo.Where the hell are my periods?? Surely this isn't normal? It's been 3 years!!I've looked high and low on the interweb and can't find many others with the same deal. I'm super healthy and well-fed, no illnesses or hormonal imbalances so am scratching my head a bit.I know I should be grateful for the lack of, but honestly, I like the predictability of my cycles, and a second child would be nice at some point.Anyone having/had a similar experience?
I didn't feed as long as you but my periods only came back when I had completely stopped breastfeeding. Then they came back within a week.
I didn't bf as long as you but mine only came back after I stopped feeding completely and it took 8 week's to come back.
Bump.I'm feeding at bedtime, DD is otherwise on solids and cow milk by day. But no AF!
