Pills and booze

I'm going out tonight, wey-hey!

I'm coming down with dh's lurgy, throat very sore, ears achey and I feel fairly rough - as if I haven't slept in ages (wonder why that might be ) - but I'm not missing this. I'll dose up on something.

But my question is this: given that I'm bfing a 7wo and only expect to miss one or at most two feeds tonight, what's best for me to take (ibuprofen or paracetamol?) and can I have alcohol as well (probably 2, maybe 3 drinks max).

And can I feed ds2 when I return or should he have another ff instead?

PC - paracetamol and ibuprofen are fine, and 3 drinks is nothing.

No point in formula feeding when you return - when the drinks are out of your system, they are out of the milk.

Presumably it's OK to drink while taking either of those then, quite apart from the bfing?
