Blocked duct and redness. Antibiotics?

I've had several blocked ducts and about 5 bouts of mastitis with feeding my 8 month old. Haven't needed antibiotics for about 3 months as managed ducts with self care. I've now got a really painful lump that isn't shifting. I've had it 24 hours, been doing all the massage, hot shower, feeding lots etc but it's not shifting. It's very red.
The problem is I'm on holiday with a long flight home on weekend. Should I go to hotel doctor? I have no fever or flu symptoms but worried the redness means some infection anyway. I'm going to see how tonight goes but if it's the same tomorrow I wonder if I should see someone?

I have been doing the same. I find that if it is going to shift pumping and feeding on affected side, lots and lots of fluids, a hot water bottle and masage will shift it after 24 hrs. If things haven't improved get some abs in, you don't have to take them immediately, but if the redness spreads or you start feeling crappy get them down you.

Thanks for the responses. It was less red this morning and less tender so I think I'm on the mend. There's still a lumpy bit so continuing with massage etc. Can still see doc before flight tomorrow if it's worsened. Thanks again.
