Nearly weaned 19 mth old yippee!

I'm so proud that after finally accepting I was DONE on Sunday, I've done 2 days of massive distraction and tons of cuddles and managed to not do a single breastfeed during the day for 2 days (dawn one is still going on, but that's fine). I had been doing 4 in 24 hrs.

I don't know anyone else who's lasted this long, so doing a big virtual yippee. Back to work tomorrow, but really feel I've broken the back of this weaning thing (and a slightly sore boob to prove it). Hats off to anyone who can manage the child self weaning, I just couldn't deal with the increasingly violent milk demands anymore.

TTC so hoping this kick starts my body back into ovulating again.
