Stopped BFing but ducts still blocking 7 days on

I finished BFing my 10 month old EBF DS last week. All went well, he happily guzzles formula from a cup with a straw.

I've always produced a lot of milk but with DD I just pumped off fully then took off small amounts and "dried up" with few issues. She was 7 months at the time. This time I'm so soooo lumpy and it's very painful.

I'm trying not to machine express but hand expressing isn't helping. Neither are hot baths. A heat pad and ibuprofen take the edge off. I don't know how to get the blockage through. It's deep and large. I've managed to clear others in the last week but this one's really sore and not shifting. It's really hard to hold and play with my children as it's so sensitive.

Sorry if this is a bit rambling I'm so tired for other reasons.

It might be worth mentioning that I've also gone cold turkey on my antidepressant (paroxetine) this week so would that affect it?
