Slow flow teat for a greedy guts

Hi, need advice on a slow flow teat for a breast fed baby. I bought the Tomee Tipee newborn teats designed for breast-feeding mums, thinking that the baby may have some nipple/teat confusion. However, the baby took to the teat immediately and sucked so hard he devoured the milk too quickly. Was then sick. Having inverted the bottle over the sink, it seems to me that the flow is pretty quick, and especially for a baby who has a suck like a dyson. Can anyone please recommend an alternative, slow flow teat? Thanks!

I know what you mean they do pour a bit don't they. We are going to try the mam newborn number 1 as they are fav for our bf little one but we have stage 2 and they are still a bit quick.
