Sleeping pattern change messing up feedings

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice please.

I have twin boys that are just 16 weeks. For the past week their night feed has moved later and later. It was 1am, but this morning it was 6.30am!?!

This poses me a dilemma. What do I do with their bottles? They have been taking 40 oz a day in 5x 8oz (7 scoops, 7oz water) bottles ( which is a lot, I know), they are 16.5 lb babies.

Should I increase the amount they have through the day and drop it to 4 x 9oz bottles? Or change the frequency from every 4 hrs, back to every 3 hrs and keep them at 5 x 8oz bottles?? I don't want to ruin what they have started by not giving them enough milk...

I'm leaning towards increasing the volume over 4 bottles, which would be 36oz a day not 40, which might level out their growth - they have had quite a steep curve.

What do you suggest?
