Help with stopping BFing

Hello
I've made the decision to stop breastfeeding and am finding it impossible to make a coherent plan to stop so that I protect against engorgement and mastitis. Can anyone help with one? I'm just too tired and emotional. My baby has had weight gain issues, tongue tie and reflux so have been combi feeding / topping up / replacing vomited feeds, am on blood pressure meds after having eclampsia and I've had a shabby recovery from a c section which has left me feeling ill. My LO will be 5 weeks on Friday.

Any help would be gratefully received, thank you

I didn't want to leave this unanswered but I'm not am expert!

I syopped bf ds1 by reducing one feed at a time, so stop feeding in the morning give it a few days to let supply catch up, then stop evening feed, then lunchtime feed etc until no longer bf. It took a few weeks.

someone might be along with a better plan...
