Advice on dropping the formula after illness

Short story, think my supply is low after illness, blocked duct and limited formula supplementing, any advice appreciated in increasing supply with fussy baby.

Longer story, So usually ebf dd (6mths) had vomiting bug and wasn't feeding properly, then I got it and couldn't keep any liquid down, then I got blocked ducts and she was screaming at the breast and genuinely IMO not getting enough milk so I've been giving her small top ups after a couple of feeds a day, only for a few days.

I'm feeling much better and breast isn't blocked any more (thank God, thought it was the end of bf), but I think my supply has been reduced and she still hates the previously blocked side.

I'm still getting her to feed as often as possible from me as I know the sucking encourages supply and only giving minimal formula (about 150-200ml total a day) to stop her crying and fussing from hunger, feeding about 2 hourly rather than 3.

I bought lecithin capsules more to deal with the blockage and have some fenugreek I was given somewhere.

Anyhoo, I'm really worried it's a vicious circle with the formula (she loves it) but genuinely thinning she's hungry when she's finished my supply.

Thanks for any and all replies!
